The mission of Leadership Manitowoc County is to bring together potential leaders from various segments of the community in a program that encourages, motivates and prepares participants for assuming leadership roles in their place of employment and in the Manitowoc County community.

"The Leadership Manitowoc County Program was a fabulous learning experience. Not only did I learn leadership skills, but I was also able to experience Manitowoc County from a different perspective which gave me a better understanding of our community’s culture. Understanding our community is key when it comes to serving a community so this benefit is very valuable to all involved. I also had the privilege of networking with many great individuals and developing many great friendships. Thanks for a great experience!"
