Through the ONBOARD program, a personal concierge acts as a connection to your job candidates and new hires as they make the choice to call Manitowoc County home and begin the process of relocation.
Our concierge team is knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to serving you and your candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond.
Services include:
Customized Tour
Chamber members: $300 | Non Members: $625
This tour is designed to showcase the many appealing aspects of the area, and show your candidate/new hire why Manitowoc County is an ideal place to call home. Tours can be customized for a potential candidate or a candidate that has already accepted a position, and will be relocating.
Prior to the tour one of our concierge team members will reach out to your candidate requesting information about their interests and needs when moving to a new community and tailor the tour to fit their needs. Once the date and pick up time is arranged, our concierges will pick up your potential candidate and embark on a 90-minute tour. Tours can be scheduled Monday through Thursday’s between 9am-3pm. This customized tour includes the following features:
- An initial survey to gauge the individual or family’s preferences and needs.
- A personalized 90-minute community tour, including introductions to local businesses, schools, and community resources based on the needs and preferences indicated in their survey.
- A post-tour follow up.
Welcome Box
Chamber members: $50 | Non Members: $175
A welcome box cultivated with local specialties and treats, as well as relocation and community information. Boxes are “travel-friendly” and will only contain non-perishable items that are TSA approved. Boxes can also be shipped directly to your candidate for an additional $14.95.
COMBO Customized Tour & Welcome Box

Group Tours
Have a group of recruits coming to the area? New interns for the summer? Reach out to us and we can work together to customize a group tour. Group tours must have a minimum of 5 participants and rates begin at $950.
