Locations for COVID-19 Testing
For available testing sites and to sign up for a COVID-19 test, visit https://www.mybellin.org
and click on the COVID-19 Testing Information. You do not have to login to see this information.
Locations for COVID-19 Vaccines
Visit https://www.bellin.org/covid19#vaccineInfo for information on where you can receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
- Bellin Health Primary Care clinic locations including Marinette, Iron Mountain, and Escanaba.
- Bellin FastCare locations. Bellin’s Green Bay FastCare clinics are offering COVID-19 vaccines seven days a week at both locations (1976 Lime Kiln Road and 2015 Shawano Ave., inside Meijer). Walk-ins are welcome.
- Bellin Fastlane (1555 Green Bay Plaza) is vaccinating during hours of operation. View hours of operation.
