The Chamber of Manitowoc County offers its lower-level Board meeting room to members to use for private meetings, off-site training, and educational events.
The room can seat up to 24 people comfortably, and includes:
- Tables that are mobile. Room can be configured for meetings, small groups, and classroom style
- Projector, screen, and Wi-Fi available to use
- Speaker phone for multi-participant conference calls
- Private restrooms available adjacent to Board room
Members are able to use the Board room at NO CHARGE, if there is not an admission fee to their meeting/event. If a member is using the room for a meeting/event where there is an admission fee, there is a $75 room rental charge, and the member must offer special pricing to Chamber members. Only members in good-standing may use the lower-level Board room.
Members are welcome to have food catered in to their meetings.
Lower-level room is not wheelchair accessible.
All meetings/events must be held during Chamber office hours. 8AM-4:30PM Monday – Friday. (Summer hours (Memorial Day-Labor Day, M-Th, 7AM-5PM, closed Fridays.)
Lower-level Board room availability is based on Chamber committee meetings and Chamber events.
